How to set up Direct Line Access

  1. 1402-06: Direct Line Access [System: Class of Service: Stations: Stations (1402): Direct Line Access]
    Use this option to enable or disable Direct Line Access capability in an extension's Class of Service.
    Option Description
    No (0) Disabled. [Default] for COS 2-15.
    Yes (1) Enabled. [Default] for COS 1.
  2. 2102-01: Class of Service [Stations: Config: Setup: Access (2102): Class of Service]
    Assign Class of Service to extensions.
    When you enable this option, it is not necessary to allow access in 2131-[01-64]: Line Access Stations: Config: Line Access: Line Access (2131): Line Access]. Direct Line Access automatically provides access.

    [Default] for extension 300 = 1.
