Setting the System Time and Date


  • Your extension must have access level 4 or 5 to set the system Time and Date. Check with your communications manager.

To set the system Time and Date at a keyset:

Next: Go to next selection. Prev: Go to previous selection. Select: Select current Option. Back: Back out of current option. Exit: Exit Menu setup.
Menu + 01 Select the Time sub-menu
  HH:MM:SS Enter the system time (24-hour format).
  <- -> Scroll left and right to edit the time.
  Save Save the displayed time entry.
  Cancel Cancel without saving the time entry.
Menu + 02 Select the Date sub-menu
  DD/MM/YYYY Enter the system date.
  <- -> Scroll left and right to edit the date.
  Save Save the displayed date entry.
  Cancel Cancel without saving the date entry.

  Time:HH:MM:SS Enter the system time.
  Save Save the displayed time entry.
  Cancel Cancel without saving the time entry.
  <- -> Scroll left and right to edit the time.
  Back Back up to the previous level.
  Exit Exit to the idle menu display.
Menu + Admin + Date Select the Date sub-menu
  Date:MM/DD/YYYY Enter the system date.
  Save Save the displayed date entry.
  Cancel Cancel without saving the date entry.
  <- -> Scroll left and right to edit the date.
  Back Back up to the previous level.
  Exit Exit to the idle menu display.
