When the system sends a line seize message to the ATRU/COIU PCB, it waits this interval for a response
            from the line PCB. If the system gets no response within this interval, it marks the line as defective. Be
            sure the value you enter is compatible with the local telco. If you set this value too short, the system may
            mark properly functioning lines as defective. If too long, defective lines may be left in service.
