3801: Program Entry Tree [Lines: Schedules: Schedule (3801)]

Available in software versions 3.01 and higher.

When setting up Schedules in 3801 telephone programming, use the following chart for guidance.

3801>>01 Select the Entry you want to program (01-20).
  • By default, Entry 1 is selected.
  Table>>01 Select the Schedule you want to program (01-08).
  • By default, Schedule 1 is selected.
  Name For the selected Entry in the selected Schedule, enter the Schedule Entry name.
  Activate Select the activation mode for the Schedule Entry (Disable, Auto, Manual 1-4).
  • By default, all Schedule Entries are disabled.
  Type Specify the Schedule Type (Undefined, Days, Range, Date, All Others).
  • By default, all Schedule Types are undefined.
  Days When the Schedule Type is Days, make entries for:
  • Each day of the week (Yes/No for each day).
  • Start time.
  • End Time.
  Range When the Schedule Type is Range, make entries for:
  • Start day.
  • End day.
  • Start time.
  • End Time.
  Date When the Schedule Type is Date, make entries for:
  • Date.
  • End day.
  • Start time.
  • End Time.
  All Others When the Schedule Type is All Others, no additional entries are required.
  Undefined When the Schedule Type is Undefined, no additional entries are required.
  Night Mode Specify if the Schedule Entry puts the associated lines into the night mode.
  Use Line Enable this option if you want the Schedule Entry to use the destination and overflow settings for the active line specified in program 3112.

Disable this option to use the destination and overflow settings for the Schedule Entry.

  Dest Type When Use Line is disabled, use this option to set the Destination Type and entry (None, Key Ring, Extension, or Voice Mail).
  Ovfl Type When Use Line is disabled, use this option to set the Overflow Type and entry (None, Key Ring, Extension, or Voice Mail).
