PSTN Call Records Report

The Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) Call Records Report displays the information regarding PSTN calls in the following methods:

The 5000 CP collects a maximum of 20000 PSTN call records for the seven-day reporting period. When this number is exceeded, the 5000 CP generates an alarm and removes the entire oldest day of PSTN call records to allow recording to continue. System Administration & Diagnostics displays the alarm and informs you that the call record limit was exceeded. If the limit is reached in one day, this limit is allowed to be exceeded until the end of the day, at which time the collection is truncated to the most current 20000.

The following list shows the fields displayed in a data grid for a selected day or all days. The data can be sorted and filtered.
