You can log SMDR records to a text file in addition to showing them in the output grid.
In the navigation area, select Call data – Call Traffic (SMDR).
Click (Tools), and then select Start logging to file.
If desired, change the log location and the file name (.txt).
Click Save.
In the navigation area, select Call data – Call Traffic (SMDR).
Click (Tools), and then select Stop logging to file.
