Mitel® 5000 Communications Platform (CP) User Web Portal Application

This help system is designed to provide information on and instructions for using the Mitel 5000 CP User Web Portal application. It uses the following conventions:
· Links: Most of the Help topics link to other related topics or additional resources. When you click a link, you jump to another help topic or URL in your Web browser. Click your browser's Back button to return to the previous topic. You can identify a link by the blue underlined text. For example, here is a link to the Mitel User Web Portal topic.
· Hidden text: To provide comprehensive information in an uncluttered format, this Help file uses hidden text. Click the green underlined text to display the hidden text.

You can access additional Mitel 5000 CP documentation from the Mitel eDocs Web site. To download technical and administrator-level documentation, you must enter your Mitel Online Username and Password. End User Documents do not require a Mitel Online Username and Password.
For technical support, contact your local authorized Mitel provider (the company that installed your telephone system and now services it). All sales, service, and support are handled at the local level. If you have lost the contact info for your local provider, you can use the Mitel Partner Locator on the Mitel Web site.
When requesting support, you will need to provide the Support Specialist with the software version for User Web Portal.
