Downloading/Deleting Log Files

You can download all or selected files.

To download files:

  1. In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.

  2. Click View system logs in the Software pane. The Log files tab in the Logs content control appears.

  3. Do one of the following:

Click Download all.

Select files, and then click Download selected.

Right-click one or more selected files, and then select Download this log or Download selected logs.

The Save As dialog box appears.

  1. If desired, change the save location and the file name (.zip).

  2. Click Save.

 

To delete files:

  1. In the navigation area, select System Information – System Information.

  2. Click View system logs in the Software pane. The Log files tab in the Logs content control appears.

  3. Select Freeze.

  4. Do one of the following:

o      Select one or more files, and then click Delete selected.

o      Right-click one or more selected files, and then select Delete this freeze or Delete selected freezes.
