Managing Call History Records

 

If you have any missed calls, the Missed Calls icon in the top banner is lit. You can click on either this icon or the Call History tab to proceed directly to the Call History management page.

You can use the Call History page to view recent calls associated with your phone extension (a count of each type of call is shown). You may filter the list by missed calls, dialed calls, received calls, or all calls. You can also sort the list by clicking on the column headers.

If desired, you can delete call entries from this page.

 

To manage your call history:

1.    Click either the Missed Calls icon or the Call History tab.

2.    Do any of the following:

·  To view only a certain category of records, click the desired sorting link (All, Missed, Dialed, or Received).

·  To delete an individual call history record, click the corresponding X in the Delete column. Or, to delete all records in the list, click Delete All.
