Managing Meet-Me Conferences

 

You can use the Conference page to manage your Meet-Me Conferences. For example, you can edit conference names, view the participants of an active conference, delete conferences, and create new conferences. Information listed for each conference includes the conference name, description, status, and access code. For more information on the Meet-Me Conferencing feature, see the Meet-Me Conferencing section in the latest available user guide for your phone.

If you delete an active conference, the conference is not ended, but new participants will not be allowed to join. Note that if the Meet-Me Conferencing feature is not licensed for your system, the Conferences tab is not shown.

 

To manage your Meet-Me Conferences:

1.    Click the Conferences tab.

2.    Do any of the following:

·  To delete an individual conference, click the corresponding X in the Delete column. If an active conference is deleted, the conference is not ended, but new participants will not be allowed to join.

·  To edit an existing conference, click Edit, change the name and/or description as desired, and then click Save Conferences. Or, click Cancel to exit without saving.

NOTE: A Personal Conference cannot be edited or deleted.

·  To create a new Meet-Me Conference, enter a name for the conference and then click Create Conference. The new conference and its unique access code is added to the My Conferences list.
