Managing Dynamic Extension Express Settings

 

You can use the Dynamic Extension Express (DEE) quick-access control on the left side of the User Web Portal application to quickly turn DEE on or off. You can then use the Dynamic Extension tab to view your home phone number (assuming a Home Destination exists), view your mobile phone number (assuming a Mobile Destination exists), view other associated destinations, view routing steps, and view and change routing step timers. This feature is available only if your extension is identified as a DEE user. For detailed information on using DEE (previously known as Personal Call Routing), refer to the Dynamic Extension Express (or Personal Call Routing) section in your phone user guide.

 

To enable or disable DEE:

From the quick-access control panel on the left side of the page, click Turn DEE On or Turn DEE Off.

 

To view or edit DEE settings:

1.    Click the Dynamic Extension tab.

2.    To edit your routing step timers, click Edit.

 NOTE: A routing step consists of one or more Associated Destinations combined with a routing step timer. The step timer indicates the amount of time that each routing step rings before advancing to the next routing step. Only administrators can add or change routing steps and routing destinations.

3.    Enter the desired time for the routing steps that allow editing.

4.    Click Save Timers to save the information, or click Cancel to exit without saving.
