Logging In

 

Upon receiving a username, password, and IP address from your system administrator, you can access the User Web Portal using any supported browser. You may then easily view information and change settings for your phone and user account.

 

To access the User Web Portal:

1.    From a supported Web browser, navigate to the IP address supplied by your system administrator.

 NOTE: If you see a security certificate warning, click “Continue to this website” to proceed to the User Web Portal address.

2.    Select the desired language from the Language drop-down list.

3.    Enter your username and password, and then click Log In. Your browser displays the main User Web Portal page.

 

If you have any missed calls or waiting messages, the Missed Calls and Messages icons in the top banner are lit. You can click on either of these icons to proceed directly to the appropriate management page.

When you are ready to log out of the application, click Log Out in the upper-right corner of the application window.
