Managing Call Forwarding Settings

 

You can use the Call Forwarding quick-access control on the left side of the User Web Portal application to enable or disable manual call forwarding on your phone. For detailed information on using forwarding, see the Manual Call Forwarding section in your phone user guide.

 

To enable Call Forwarding:

1.    From the quick-access control panel on the left side of the page, click Turn Fwd On.

2.    Select or enter the following:

·  Forward Calls When (always, no answer, no answer or busy, or busy)

·  Destination (internal number, outside number, or voice mail)

·  Phone Number (extension or outside number [no need to enter an outgoing access code for outside numbers])

3.    Click Save Forwarding Settings to save the current selection, or click Cancel to exit without saving.

 

To change the Call Forwarding information:

1.    From the quick-access control panel on the left side of the page, click Change Number.

2.    Change any of the following:

·  Forward Calls When (always, no answer, no answer or busy, or busy)

·  Destination (internal number, outside number, or voice mail)

·  Phone Number (extension or outside number [no need to enter an outgoing access code for outside numbers])

3.    Click Save Forwarding Settings to save the current selection, or click Cancel to exit without saving.

 

To disable Call Forwarding:

From the quick-access control panel on the left side of the page, click Turn Fwd Off.
