Unified Messaging

Both the Samsung and Inter-Tel product lines have the ability to send voicemail messages to email accounts, either as links to the voicemail server or as audio file attachments. For busy professionals, the limitation of traditional voicemail is that there is no way to organize and file voicemail messages and recorded conversations. With Unified Messaging, you can store and sort voicemail messages as you would any other email, with the ability to forward messages, archive the audio attachments, flag email as high priority and more, helping you provide superior, timely response to customers, vendors, and colleagues.

With Unified Communications, you can use your work voicemail as a single point of message storage, instead of juggling multiple mailboxes between home, office and mobile device.

We can also provide the ability to provide desktop fax management with the addition of optional licenses and hardware, enabling users to send and receive faxes from their PC and the filing of sent and received faxes. Often saving our customers time and money over conventional shared fax machines (and dedicated fax telephone lines) and pay-per-use web-based fax services, the desktop fax option automatically configures a cover letter and provides real time fax management.  Resending a fax is as easy as double-clicking on the file name in your 'Sent Faxes' file within your Outlook account.
