Direct to Voice Mail (DVM) Subscriber Mailbox Options

Direct to Voice Mail Setup.

  1. 2144-01: Auto Attendant Do Not Disturb Stations: Config: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2144): Auto Attendant Direct to VM]
    Enable this option to have calls from the Automated Attendant to the extension go directly to the Subscriber Mailbox.
    • This option is the same as the Mailbox Options: Call Options: Direct to V-Mail user setting. The setting you make in this option overrides the Mailbox Options setting and visa-versa.

    No (0) [Default] Disabled.
    Yes (1) Enabled.
  2. 2144-07: Paging Option Stations: Config: IntraMail: Auto Attendant (2144): Paging Option]
    When you enable DVM and set this option to Immediate (1), calls to the extension from the Automated Attendant immediately do a Park and Page.
    Option Description
    0 [Default] Ring No Answer.
    1 Immediate.
